But this device a52-dtul has model id 0phc40000
I have flashed this device with a52-dwgl firmware but after finished
There is no network and baseband was unknown

Please don't mess your phone.
What you should do is:

Find original MID on the back of the phone. (and tell me).
Find flash file for this MID, flash it, and do factory reset.

THEN report the result.
