Hello,

We have all files for this model, you don't need partial, partial is only MAY be required, if you want to upgrade from 3.x to 4.x
Your releases are *.401.*, like 3.35.401.32 (file 487248 on support) and 4.41.101.7 (file 490768 on support) and 4.28.401.3 (file 498151 on support)

Try original version first, it if doesn't help - upgrade.

CID is not a problem, if you are S-OFF. If you know the current version - flash with same version, if not - just flash the latest version for your region.

match product id like htc_himauhl if mid is unknown to you
also you can search by model name like m9u
but always go with fastboot or download mode info for safety
