Hello,

Did you try to S-OFF?
Please S-OFF, then you will be able to do factory reset from bootloader.

I don't know if I can S-OFF without booting into system. since I can only boot into bootloder and fastboot not even recovery so S-OFF looks impossible for me. OR is there anything I can do even then ?

Insert xtc2clip into microsd slot and then reboot to botoloader after that just click "write security 0" to gain S-OFF.
