New XTC with Error 13


Hello

I am trying to activate new XTC to my customer XTC Client tool show XTC not found and I am getting error 13 when I am trying to go to support

I even can't got clip id as client tool is not running

Kindly advice

sir clip detected by pc or not ? i mean removable disk appears ?
if yes than it should be smart card detection problem
if no than it can flex or card reader problem or clip damaged

interchange smart cards of both clips and check one by one
that will ensure exact problem clip or smartcard

I ran in to this issue with the new tool i just brought but i simply changed the card reader i was using and used a USB card reader instead and it worked. hope this might help.

Hello,

Sorry for late answer. Unfortunately there is not much we can do remotely in this case.
As recommended by deepakgarg, please take working xtc2clip with card, insert this "non working" card into this clip and confirm it's still not working. Use XTC 2 Client 1.4 for this please.
