One M9 Hima UHL can t flash

I want to flash HTC One M9 HIMA UHL. The phone is S-OFF and SUPER CID and stuck on logo. XTC gives me this error.

Why not post with Full detail? like what File are tryng of flash and you "getvar info"...isn't complicate get all details first and fast help you.

You must flash "partial" flash first.
Search for partial on support and flash it first, then full flash.

Partial flash file is a flash file used to upgrade your bootloader version.

Search for "partial" on the support.

Post you "full getvar info" and i see for you "partial flash", (Hboot), first then can flash Full RUU.

I look xtc support. Dont m9 Partial flash. have m7, m8 dont m9 partial flash
