One M9 unlock problem

Hi
I have HTC One M9
I did succesful CID change and S-Off with direct mode but when trying to unlock with M9 procedure getting "Communication error #3"

What am I doing wrong?

try more time and then it will be unlocked

heh, it's interesting, I just checked phone with sim card and it's unlocked

don't know when it happened, after s-off or despite the error it did unlock ??

same here, the strange thing was the phone accepted the sim ard bu no networ until manual network search...

in my case phone works normal, find network automaticly
