Problem with 2 HTC desire 700 with XTC 2 Clip

i have 2 devices and need to make super CID and S-off and ger message with error to reboot bootloader and no thing happen

Device connected and info is Ok

It seem that XTC 2 Clip devices is not connected to your phone , or not properly connected please not that the XTC 2 Clip MUST be connected before the phone is switched ON , if you have connected it AFTER, you need to reboot bootloader, do you want to reboot bootloader now?.

i connect XTC 2 Clip in Sd Spot in Devices and make super cid and s-off and working well
