It restart again and again and i get same error everytime.

Phone is S-On cause i don't have Power Adaptor but should i able to flash it , this rom is same Build as my phone Firmware.

Hello,

This is not an error, this is a normal procedure, phone should reboot into download mode again and flashing must continue. Are you sure you do not restart flashing process? What happens when the phone restarts?

Phone is restart and reboot to RUU mode and same process, again reboot after 100% and reboot to RUU mode and and and again.
