Problem with One Mini 2


Im trying to S-off and change the cid of a HTC One mini 2
But when i put the xtc2clip in the device and go to simlock, the phones say:

SD Init fail !!

Please Help!

You must close all programs which may use the drive, like file managers, open folders, etc.
Or better disconnect the clip and connect it back, and then repeat the procedure.

i already have another mini 2 white this works fine but with the 2 pcs dark grey it wont work

Try using Y-cable.
It can't work on one phone and not work on another phone...

Your PC cannot "recognize" Y cable. It's connected to the PC just for power. Just follow the unlock manual.
