Two issues after HTC One M9 conversion

I have recently converted a One M9 from himaulatt/0PJA11000/11111111/4.14.617.6 to himauhl/0PJA10000/HTC__001/4.28.401.3 with the help of xtc2 clip.

OTA updates function OK, but two problems exist:
1. There is the 'red text' showing on the initial boot screen.
2. Unable to change from s-off to s-on. Shows FAILED (remote: Partition verify fail -9)

Can anyone help to resolve these issues?

Hello,

How did you do the conversion? Simply by changing MID and then flashing a new firmware?

Yes, changed MID and CID then flashed first the partial 4.14.401.7 and after the full 4.14.401.7

Further updates via OTA.

By the way the full 4.14.401.7 file on the server gives a MD5 mismatch!

It's not enough to change MID and CID. please contact me on Skype: xtc2clip, I'll try to help.

As to MD5 mismatch - thank you, the MD5 on the site was corrected.

The phone has been in storage since the conversion and now I want to use it I notice that there's no network signal. Radio is off and can't be turned on.
Do I need to flash something like 3.35.617.12 for example?

So I've tried all versions of 617 and 401 files and on none of them can the radio be turned on. Airplane mode is always showing 'Turning off'.
Is there a fix for this or is it this likely to be due to a hardware problem?
