I'm still looking for it, I recommend you to flash 1.80.1405.1 and then take an OTA.

You are S-OFF, you can flash 1.80.x with no problem.

Your log says S-OFF.
If you are S-ON and can't boot to download mode - you can flash HOSD and it should help.

But inability to boot into download mode (e.g. restart with no error) usually means that EMMC is faulty.
