HtC M9 S-OFF still flashing error

i have HTC M9 S-OFF when i try to phone flash getting this error

whats above your device bootloader is unlock relock nd flash via sdcard method

rename your above to 0PJAIMG put to sdcard nd boot yur mobile into bootloader mode will process automatically

Hello,

You cannot flash in bootloader mode, you must flash in download or RUU (prefered) mode.

No, not the same. Now it's just an incompatible flash file.

Please read info, press the model id in XTC 2 Tool and you will be taken to download page.

well, i have flash more then 20 phones in same PC same driver .
i don't know whats wrong with this phone .

OK as I said it was the driver.

Please check the signature of your drivers, in your case you had 2 strange drivers signed by some chinese companies, which could be a virus.
