sprint htc a9 boot loop after conversion [SOLVED]

I tried to pm xtc2clip lastweek but didn't get a response. I have sprint htc a9. I followed the guide to convert. Did sprint tab sim unlock, then I went cid to 11111111 and then s-off. Restart device, put in ftm and use clip for a9 conversion.
gave error 0000000010 or something like that. So now I can't get to ftm it just boots and then reboots and reboots, etc. Sometimes it will boot to os but has no Wi-Fi and no activation so it hangs at that screen and then will reboot. Please help. I tried flashing using flash tab but give an error for htc-fastboot exe cannot start. And using flash from sim gives signature error for any I've tried. I'm new to xtc clip and HTC device. Please help.
