Sprint htc One E8 ,GSM unlock

Please guide me step by step to get my 0PAJ5 unlocked to be used in any GSM network !!
Software version 2.32.651.11
XTC 2 CLIP 1.26

Hi xtc2clip
I tried many times SD mode editor , saving files successfully but when i select sim lock message said
SD init ok
open MCCMNC file fail
open CID file fail
open IMEI file fail
open atsdeb file fail
open SF file fail
open NAME faile fail
check keycard failed
process done , reboot device !
(vol up ) Yes

I did 1- unlocked bootloader 2-s-off 3-change cid to super cid 4-chang nv only to ruimonly.
after all sim card is not working what should i do next !!

In sprint tape i got spc then entered spc and diag enabled but no com port appears, in spite of com port not appearing in xtc 2 clip software the diagnostics com port appears in DFS software !!

Try to close DFS software...

DFS is closed but still no com port in xtc 2 clip software !!!
I uninstalled and install back drivers many time !!!

I found this because I was stuck on the same exact step (com port blank unlocking sprint m8)

solution........click refresh button next to com =)

Also you need to have admin rights for .exe so that xtc2clip can detect com ports.
->right click exe / properties / Compatibility , then thick "Run this program as an administrator". Problem solved
