If yes, why do customers get no help with that 'connection error' ??
If no, who is to contact?
My company payed more than 300$ for your devices and sice a long time we are unable to activate it. Sorry, but I'm really pissed off!

all activations were processed on 6th june. all clips are new activations or old requiring reactivation ?

All servers are working fine.
What kind of connection error do you have?
Do you use XTC 2 Client version 1.4?
