You cannot "write IMEI" in download mode. Please use "PowerAdapter Tools" tab. In case of problems post xtc2_log.txt located ON YOUR CLIP after the process (NOT from the software folder of your PC)

Hi

I did all the procedures, however in step 4:

step 4: Connect XTC2 Clip to U11 and press start button (Disconnect power adapter and insert regular smartcard!), The start button appears inactive after it requests to reboot to OS.

(In download mode the phone is indeed detected)

This is the log:

Please wait, copying files, it may take up to 1 minute
Files were copied successfully. Please follow instructions to service your phone
Please reboot to Android OS first.
Phone DISconnected
Phone connected [FA78B1800166] *** Fastboot mode
Please reboot to Android OS first.

However, IMEI has not been repaired
Unfortunately this lot is not enough, the main log in this case located on the clip - xtc2log.txt, please find it and post the content here or better PM me.

Please do filesystem repair and repeat the IMEI repair operation again.
