cant imei repair be done WITHOUT power adapter?
i dont have power power adapter. only had regular xtc2clip

im stuck here...

power adapter is must as u can read here
flash stock rom to get phone back to normal for now

i have gotten the power adapter but i got this error

is there any other way to connect it?
when i insert sd card to the device it detects but when i connect xtc2clip it doesnt detect the sd. but when i remove and connect xtc2clip to sd reader and connect to pc it detect perfectly well. so im sure my flex is perfectly ok. but it doesnt detect on device
