Sadly it is not much on other forums either.

I'm a customer of that Clip and wonder where I get answers to my questions. The clip-software guides me to "support"-forum, wich is here where my askings are ignored. Not unimportant for me, I try to sell my clip hardware again as long as nobody recognizes the end for support for actual devices...

sir u11plus was never mentioned in clip supported models or features so you can't blame that you purchased this clip only for u11 plus
as for support it might be supported in future please wait till solution ready it will be announced on this forum

I don't blame anybody for not supporting that model but for ignoring the question.
I'm working with the clip since longer time, right now I bought a second one because of
the work I have, all I wanted to know:are you trying to support u11+ in future or not.

Hello,

Obviously we are trying to, but unless I have some real information, what's the point of "feeding" you with nothing? I know many other producers enjoy telling fairy tales, but we usually tell something only when something is almost ready, not when it "planned".
We are working on this model, no doubts.

Sorry if you have any hard feelings about it.
