unlock htc M9 error - GSM-Forum

Followed all the steps instructed to unlock this model,it gives me error in device.
XTC 2 clip-service tool v2.04
Detected release: HIMA_L50_SENSE7
Detected model:M9 [QCT]
Prepairing for work....
Error : Please upgrade your clip (83)
Rebootin in 5 seconds...
Rebootin in 4 seconds...
Rebootin in 3 seconds...
Rebootin in 2 seconds...
Rebootin in 1 seconds...

I am using the latest software 1.15
What else should i update?

Upgrade your clip using XTC 2 Client.

Upgraded the clip now it give me error
ERROR: communication error(6A82)

please give the correct process. As somewhere in forum u have mentioned this.
Hello,

1. Please use appropriate threads for your questions.
2. It's a good idea to read manual just once, rather then asking for "help" every time you want to do something, please start from here:

QUICK START and all-in-one knowledge thread

3. FYI: You need to use direct mode on your phone (clip to phone, phone to pc)

And in instruction it said to use offline sd mode.

Thanks for support,despite of showing this error i inserted sim and restarted device,and its unlocked.
