Communication error #3 aborting, what is this error. also these cables do not fit well in the m9 sd tray. I've ruined one cord already following this sites instructions, it completely severed it.

reboot to donwload mode and try 'direct mode command' method

I've tried that as well, I was able to get s-off but I'm still locked and can't root
