Yes, as long as the original owner will confirm the re-sale procedure (he must confirm from his original email and be able to receive emails).

As I wrote before, ask ex-owner to send us an email please with clip ID and new reg. email.
In the meantime you can use the clip for your needs, as it should already be activated.
