Dear support;
I have htc_v36bml_uhl with following details,according to device info downloaded correct firmware from support but operation fails at the begining with the following errer.How can i solve this please?

try flashing in ruu mode
try flashing via sdcard

This is MTK based so there is no RUU mode,by the way what's the procedure to flash by SD card?

Copy zip file to sdcard and rename 2PVGIMG.zip
Boot phone in download mode with sdcard inside and follow on screen instructions
