Working drivers for Desire 526G+ (526h 0PL4) flashing? - GSM-Forum

I can't seem to make flashing work with this model. XTC 2 Clip Tool doesn't recognize the phone either in fastboot or in ADB mode. I have generic "Android USB interface" drivers that do work (regular adb and fastboot commands recognize the phone in either mode), but the tool only ever says "Phone DISconnected", no log to show. Anyone got working drivers for this model? (Win7 32bit)

Hello,

526G+ is an MTK phone, it cannot be flashed using fastboot.

Oh okay. Any other way to flash it then? There is a ZIP file for it on the support site, but I can't find download mode on this device, only fastboot and recovery.
