GSM-Forum - XTC 2 Clip not working

That clip is not activated yet. The clip I am referring to in this post is older one I've been using for 5-6 months successfully.

This is the error I am getting with Desire 626:

I have already burnt image2015 using win32 disk imager. Clip is working good, connects to the PC, files get copied etc. But it doesn't work with any phone right now. Most of the phones give an error, "check keycard failed" when "SIM Unlock" option is used from Hboot.

Direct commands returns error quoted above.

Need urgent help. I've got 2 XTC 2 clips and none is working. That's sad.
