IMPORTANT: How to repair filesystem after format, etc

I carried out the procedure in its head. "Error: Can not open smart_io.crd" activation error.
I tried formatting many times with different flex card, different computer, different sd card reader. The result is unsuccessful. I sent a clip id via private message. Please help me.

remove smart card , clean and put back and try again
also you can change card reader and try again

Hello,

Sorry for late answer.
In most cases this problem is caused by viruses, which treat XTC 2 Clip as flash drive, auto-install there and block any access to files.
