Dear customers,

XTC2Tool version 1.11:

- Added support for Desire 626s with EWHL firmware (MetroPCS,T-Mobile, etc).
- Improved support for M9 Sprint unlock - now the phone will remain unlocked even in S-ON state

can you put the process for the htc 626s metro, i try yesterday and only 1 time enter to ftm mode and select simlock and show me a fail process, im already s-off

It the same as for regular 626s. Follow instructions in XTC2Tool software.
If you saw the FTM menu then it means that you did not do the "Copy files for 626(s)" procedure.

I copy files to sd,put the sd flex on sd slot of the phone (Y cable doesnt work)
press vol + and power 5 seconds the screen quicky show a white screen with green letters
like diag or something like that and after that ftm menu appear, can you explain i never have a regular 626s only 626s metro

Try to repair the clip, because FTM menu should not appear.

the box says very clear instructions:

Copy files generated XTC2 box in the tab (M9 + / E9 + / 820s / 626s)
(The memory of the box XTC2 must be good but if it is not then fix it)

Let's continue:

The XTC2 box shows these steps and this is where all lose

Step 1: With XTC2Clip connected to PC, press the button Desired Corresponding to copy the files to the dip:

Copy files for M9 / M9 Sprint
Copy files for M9 + / E9 + / Desire 820s
> Copy files for Desire 626 (s) <

Step 2: Power off the phone. Connect clip to the phone's microSD slot, hold VOLUME UP (NOT usual volume DOWN). And while holding VOLUME UP Press power on button for 5 seconds. The phone will boot into factory test mode.

Simplifying: After copying the files generated by XTC2 box (THROUGH Card Reader). disconnect the box, and with the phone off, introduce XTC2 memory, the reader of the phone.

Then will do this: press volume up (NOT STOP PRESSING), press power button only five seconds and release it (only the button POWER). Wait a few seconds, almost a minute. The phone will boot into factory test mode (you can not see. Longer lasting one second the work done XTC2 box).

That's all (When you turn your phone will say: 1 upgrade 39 but it does, it's because you did wrong)
