I have no idea about HTCDev, why the hell someone is using htcdev instead of oneclick bootloader unlocking using XTC 2 Tool ?

The Verizon problem is NOT in htcdev, but in fact that there is no option to enable OEM unlock (bootloader unlock) at all.

plz help

i have htc m8 try to supper cid and s-off. when i click on save to drive, message pop up warning communication file is not present on this device, nothing will not work without this file, please press ok to re create it

Because for HTC 10 you require user to unlock bootloader and flash twrp manually? Or are you saying XTC Clip unlock HTC 10/HTV32 directly? I think it doesn't.

Bootloader unlock is done using "Unlock bootloader" tab, and not using htcdev, that's what I'm trying to explain.
