at step 4 power adapter must be removed from clip and regular sim must be inserted

You are wrong.

At step 4 Sw say of Disconnect "Power Adapter" and Insert in Clip regular "SMART CARD" not "Sim Card"

This mean XTC2CLIP "SMART CARD"

As I said I want to sim unlock it. not imei repair.

I red exactly what stated at sim unlock part.

And I said what is happening at "start" command.

WHAT should happen at START command? nowhere are posted pictures to what should look like.

Phone restart twice after click START



I presume first reboot should restart phone into recovery, but fails then reboots normaly in OS state

Regular sim means xtc2clip regular sim

hello, I do not know what is happening now to repair the imei of the U11, it always gives me (bootloader) [ERR] Command error !!!, please help.

Read carefully these easy Step, IMPORTANT point 3:

Part 1 is to repair IMEI in download mode using PowerAdapter:
