Hello,

There is no download mode on Desire 12 and Desire 12+, they are MTK phones with no HTC software inside, we are working now to add support, but I don't have release date yet, maybe this month,

Desire 12 - MTK MT6739
Desire 12 plus - Qualcomm Snapdragon 450.

However you are right. There is no download mode in them.

Yes, sorry, my fault, ofcourse it QCT, but what I meant that they don't have "normal" HTC firmware structure, like download mode, etc.
