xtc2clip drive not detected

Hello team,

i have this problem with the xtc2clip i bought, initially when i put phon BL mode, run the soft and connect the phone to system was getting the DRIVE I but all of a sudden am not getteing the drive, just got the clip 2weeks ago.
whats the way arround it plzz.
