xtc2clip undetectable


Hello.. i have been using the box for a while.. and it's great.. but now i have a problem.. the device doesn't detect at all..
i tried 3 different flex cables.. checked the pins on both sides cables are fine but still no box... please assist me ...

can this be fixed through linux sda dd method or similar ?

Hello,

If it's undetectable, how do you want to use dd on it?
If it's detected as disk drive, you can do this:

Otherwise - try to take another microSD reader, as we have never had an undetectable clip yet ..., so I don't think it's hardware problem.

I tried 5 different card readers and micro sd adapters.. i don't get the device in windows.. i'm asking if there's a solution to fix it on linux.. thats why i proposed dd..

i know the filesystem repair procedure.. but the box is not showing anywhere

How do you want to fix it "on linux" if it's not detected on USB bus?

If you have replaced the flex and still can't get it to work, I can only recommend you to contact your dealer for repair or exchange.
