after installing 1.59 I got a license in my mail account. I paste that inside c: drive where cs tool is installed. this dashboard is openning properly and shown:
Searching Dongle...
Dongle found
SWID: 000014112D03ACB1
Features: 00
Firmware Version: 0006
Reading licence: C:\CS-Tool\CST_MainSoftware\CSTool_license_000014112D03A CB1.dat
Licence is Ok !

Now when I am trying to run any command like
read pattern ...
it was showing your software has been restricted.

So, then I kept this new set up at another drive with license file. And software runs properly.
