I bought those dongle because of new SPD cpu exp 7710 8825 8830 ETC ...

7710 8825 6820, 8810 < Format is not enabled

But other option you can do it

like read info/read flash/ write / Reser user locks , Imei repair
this all in boot mode., No need usb debugging

I just gone through out ur product.

Just a little suggestion:
1 Make a sticky video tutorial thread. It will make ur tool more useful. It will help non-professionals, and professional too.
2 Support new CPU like Qualcomm, braodcom, allwiner.... Etc
3 Provide more reseller for easily available of ur tool.
4 Support all new mtk spd factory file reading...

Rest u know all how to improve ur product.

Few questions
1 Does it support old CPU?
2 Can this tool work with other box?
3 Some phone doesn't detect by normal usb cable e.g micromax a67. How to service this type of phone??

Looks like a team towards a challenging market...

Value of time no any risk after formate some time dead mobile then pay to customers or go here and there like service center for alive phone

Lot of waste money and time best tool according the time

Really good tool. Can say this tool is must have, more effective and very easy to use tool than other tools (I do not say others is bad, but little difficult)
