dont install this type of spy soft on your pc
remove it & try again if not solved contact with cstool team for unblock your smart card

you have to wait for 2-3 days ETA to unlock the card .

do not make more thread . if you post again & again . it will get delay to unblock it

steel same problem plz fix the problem . i waiting..........

1. uninstall usb sharing related software such as flexihub, usb redirector, and any others and usb trace and sniffer tools
2. after uninstall and clean your computer
3. give us your serial number

Cs-tools team i am faching same problem. I allready setup my pc. Now full clean my pc. Can i gave my serial number here or sms to you.
