Today i'm remove frp lock on 10 r d mobile, i'm tried many times with many types but all ways shows remove frp success, but still not remove frp on mobile, kindly fix them this issue on next update, thank you!!!

There is no such issue.

Make sure you did FRP Reset, and after that, phone may ask you to connect to WIFI only for setup, not for Google Account.

Same thing happens with other phones too, like Lenovo phones, they need to use Internet during setup, but not specially for FRP.

Hello UMT team I need little help here how to perform frp reset on ZTE devices most of the I do when I press the frp reset or after selecting the correct model the software asked me hold both volume rocker and connect the phone it wouldn't work I never reset ZTE frp help once

If you are using QcFire then you need to put phone in FTM Mode.

After that, simply click on FTM2EDL button.

Now, click on Reset FRP.
