Seem new firmware (10 Apr 17). Did you tried it with old version of QcFire?

Send its GPT from GPT folder in private.

Boss i dont see only Kyocera not support yet in the list i have one kyocera with pin lock i dont know how to get done..

It does not matter you have phone or not, it will be already saved in GPT with MSM8909_xxxx_xxxxx.BIN.

Please upload that file somewhere and send link in PM.

You can try to put device in QDLoader mode (9008) and try Format FS.
