Question problem in my dongle what can i do

Please check following before update:
- You must have working internet connection.
- Date and time must be correct on your PC.
- Antivirus and/or Firewall is disabled.
- Only UMT Box/Dongle is connected to your PC.
- All other Dongles/Boxes are disconnected.

When you are ready, click on Update Card to continue...
