fix 9008 port - GSM-Forum

i have a huawei scl-u31 set which is dead but only shows 9008 port when connected , so today i saw a function on UMT which can fix 9008 port problem .

how to repair my phone ?

Operation : Fix 9008 Port
Checking for existing devices... Not Found
Turn Off phone, hold Vol UP + Vol DOWN and insert USB cable.
Found Port : Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM97)

Its really strange. Can you please find prog_emmc_fir******_8909.mbn from some other firmware and try to use it in Custom Loader and try again?

I suspect your device's eMMC is faulty. You may try loaders provided by zicke2 and tell result here.

Otherwise you will have to check hardware.
