Dirtycow got fixed in December patch if u have 7.1 from October or November it work.

7.1.1 isn't supported yet.. any solution for this version?? or any way to downgrade from 7.1.1 to 7.1..??

To downgrade u need bootloader unlocked

7.1.1 can't unlock bootloader because it is protected by network - EE UK.
any solution for this problem?
