[GUIDE] ★★★★★ WRONG COMMUNICATION WITH CARD!!! How To Fix? ★★★★★
Wrong communication with card!!!
like in following image:
then please follow steps mentioned below:
- Disable Your Antivirus/Firewall until your card is done.
- Go to Support | Ultimate Multi Tool
- Download Card Updater.
- Disconnect all other Boxes/Dongles from your PC.
(We are NOT responsible for killing other Cards/Dongles/Boxes that you might keep connected at the same time.)
- Connect only UMT Box/Dongle.
- Contact us on Skype to obtain your OTP File with following information:
--- Your Name
--- Reseller Name
--- Card Serial ( If you don't know Card Serial, tell clearly, we will find it out)
--- Screenshot of Error
--- Screenshot of Card Updater (after clicking Detect Card)
--- YOU MUST SEND THE FILE (umt_setting) Which is SAVED in YOUR PC @ THS LOCATION [ \Documents\UMT\umt_setting ]
- We are human being, sometimes Time Zone is different, so please do not expect that every query will be answered within minutes. We will reply as soon as possible.
If you do not have  Wrong Communication with Card, then you DO NOT need OTP File.
You may contact following people to obtain your OTP file:
Just check Contact Info Tab, all details are there.

How to Use Updater
1. Run Updater Software as Admin
2. Connect UMT Box or Dongle to Computer USB Port
3. Press Detect Card.
4. Press Update Card.
5. Select OTP File what we send you.
6. Wait until update Finish.
7. Close Updater.
8. Start UMT Box GSM Module Software.
9. Click Register Box (wait until it is ready).
10. Restart UMT Box GSM Software.

Rules have changed now since we are getting abuse from some users we choose not to repair any card unless the reseller have it in hands , we have repaired already most of the cards that have an issue in market so for the remaining 0.1%what s not yet done , please give to your reseller and we will repair it with your reseller.
