Open 1 time n exit.
Restart pc in safe mode then uninstall flexi..

Now normal reboot ... Enjoy...

Solution 100%:

1) tick show hidden device in device manager

2) and then check under System Devices

3) or under Universal serial bus controller

4) delete "Eltima serial bus port" and reboot

5) Install Qfire5.5 all work fine.
