some times shows imei 5228 tried agian unkown the previous state of the imei is normal nv backup has restoerd still the same format and flash still the same waitng for the support thanks

You are using wrong Method.

Select First Method, NOT Third.

If still same issue, please send us initial NV backup which is good and original.

the method is htc and first method and the 2nd as well ...and restored
the first and orginal back up and still the same

If still same, please restore back original backup.

IMEI must be what was alredy on phone.

Then send that backup + both imei to me in PM.
