How to FRP Huawei LUA_L03 ? [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

When I tried to unlock frp I got that message Necessary uto unlock FRP! Navigate to setting > developer options, and select "enalble OEM unlock"

But I can't enable developer options I tried to do it but that phone doesn't have this option.
