It seems you have flashed with wrong firmware. You must identify correct firmware for your device and flash it again.

Before anything, just try to remove battery and keep Power button pressed to discharge board, then connect battery and try to turn on again, or to put in EDL again.

For vendors like Xiaomi and Vivo, its always safe to try Read Info first, so you may have Firmware details of current firmware on device.

It helps most of the time to get correct firmware.
