Have you checked phones baseband ...if it unknown then flash the phone with latest firmware or you may use fix baseband option

Please download XT1804.nrf from Support Area \ Misc folder.

Put it in UltimateGSM\Moto folder, and try Network Fix and post result.

Check if phone shows correct IMEI as written on Back label.

If everything looks fine, I guess its not an issue with FRP.

xt-1804 no service

the mobile came in no service condition

1. flashed latest flashfile SANDERS_NPS26.116-61_cid50_subsidy-
DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml (1)

2. basband ok

3. imei ok

4. Please download XT1804.nrf from Support Area \ Misc folder.

Put it in UltimateGSM\Moto folder, and try Network Fix and post result.
