Edit firmware and remove sboot.bin and cm.bin then pack and write

The problem is that you have firmware with binary: 3 in version 5.1.1 like this J700FZTU3APK1 5.1.1
If you look at the screen of your phone in download mode it tells you that you have binaro: 3 and try to flash with binary: 1

If your phone with the latest firmware and the frp blocked Do not try to downgrade !!

With SW REV That you can not downgrade.

You can not downgrade this new firmware.
If you flash any older sboot than you will get binary error because of Samsung roll back protection on this very new firmware!
If you flash any older modem than you will get UNKNOWN BASEBAND. However, writing new modem again will get you back the baseband
For now, in order to remove FRP - you need ENG-BOOT of this very new firmware J700FFXXS3XXX.

What ever version you have in J700F you need to use latest method introduced in 3.3.

Goto Auto Root and FRP and New FRP Method > Reset FRP.

Are you crazy?

You need to flash latest firmware to your device and then follow my advice. If you can not, then we also can not help you.
