redmi 3s Mi account RELOCK !!

i have redmi 3s qualcomm with mi account relock after connect to wifi problem

i do

mi account reset in fast boot mode

any idea pleas

Mi Account is basically linked to phone serial number.

It will auto relock to that Mi Account if serial on Mi Server is assigned to any Mi account.
