after done reset mi account

dont connect wifi first,go to setting and active usb debbugging and oem lock.
connect phone again and do press anti relock.


note:
dont do factory setting cause will back to ask mi account again and keep usb debbugging and oem lock always ON.

OEM can turn on but when tap back or other app it back to off

phone re-locked if wifi on
