You need diag port to be enabled.

As I can see in your logs, you have connected phone in EDL mode.

Try Method [2], if it also does not work, then you should try downgrade first.

If that also does not work, make QCN Backup, then Reset Partial EFS using QcFire, then write back QCN and IMEI and it should be done.
