why no response from support, i paid for tool because it said no yearly fee,a year after my tool dont work, i see where activation came in and i paid for it...we pay to get support too so why no response from team,we deserve support in every way because we paid for it.I have made this post close to a week no, no response!!!!!!!! team needs to wake up

Lets assume you know nothing about phones, I tell you a few points:
- It may be due to some temporary issue like cable, port etc.
- Phone may be secured like vivo etc, so does not allow Erase/Write.

I believe it now helped you a lot.
